My club just finished a war in Arena 2, we were promoted to Arena 3 at the end of the war. I scored the appropriate amount of points (18000) to earn a gold chest, but was never rewarded a gold chest. I attempted to reach support through the app, but it won't let me past the captcha screen. Please advise.

Yes, I was going through the game to contact support. When you're submitting a ticket, it makes you go through a captcha verification process.... don't know what to tell you. It's definitely there.
It seems that as you level up in war the chests take more war points to earn. I am in level 4 my 1st gold chest is 36k. Does not help but might explain why you did not get it when moving up
