Thanks OCZ61307, a lot of veteran players and new ones as well have offered some very good suggestions...unfortunately nothing will happen until someone recognizes that their “hide (no seek) strategy” perturbs the vast majority of folks that play this game and absolutely impacts participation every time it happens and more importantly that customer satisfaction and profitability are directly related and some of your freemium customers just may happen to purchase EA products from your distributors on a somewhat regular basis and some maybe are even shareholders.
Exactly! It is the responsibility of their business professionals to manage the user experience (UX Management) - this failure of them to rectify what is causing dissatisfaction for a great deal of their customers is disgusting and reflects poorly upon EA product management teams.
