Interesing observation, but very unlikely...this is a major Corporation and like all companies it is driven by the bottom line...my what if is simply how would a shareholder potentially react to the response or lack there of to a legitimate customer inquiry...I’m confident there might be a concern not over the specifics but the reaction. My hope is someone within the company might stumble across our conversation and share it with the appropriate decision maker...it really boils down to the simple fact it will cost money to fix it and as long as the bottom line is not adversely effected, no need to change...as I’ve stated before I want EA to be successful and make a solid profit (helps fuel the world’s economy) but when you have long term players just walking away because of lack of a reaction, that is an adverse marketing scenario.
