We Need A Clubs Only Message Board

I'd like to see clubs only bulletin board where you can leave messages to each other. We have members who won't be participating in the new war, will be traveling for several days, etc. and leaving one chat line and hoping to have club members relay the message hour after hour is difficult to keep doing consistently.
