Weekly cap 121070??

I have maxed out 130000/130000 on my weekly cap but my CoM total is 118457. How come there is a difference?
Shows that you have 51 assignments still to do, you have scored 118k by doing the milestones so you should be able to continue doing those assignments which will add to your score. I have done all my milestones and I have 32 assignments to do and my score is 145k. I expect to score around 180k before the end of the CoM.
