Weekly limit, why ?

Please explain the reason of the weekly limit.  In seasons i always got in the first week at least to level 20 . Now i am only at 16 and cant go higher.    Lanna from EA told us    ' avance through Mayors Pass much quicker ' . So that is not correct, it is slower this way.         And why dos it say now above season Chicago  'Mayors Pass ' and not season, or dit i missed something.    Please explain  Lanna, Cath or who ever.

  • My guess is that people were finishing the season before the 4th week and not playing.  This ensures people have to play every week to finish the season. I used to always finish in week 3.

  • I would finish early as well, but I still played for 2 reasons .  First, I used that time to restock and the second to continue to rack up points in COM to get a better finish for the team.

I continued to play as well, I just wonder if some didn’t.

I hate this. I have real life aswell. I have bought mayors pass for 1 year or so always got to the level 48. Maybe two weeeks with only 70k pts others with more free time alot of prs. Hate this

  • They want us playing 24/7 so that we can watch adverts and possibly throw money at them after being bombarded with a plethora of "offers".

Basically all they are interested in is generating income by any and by as many means as possible. To us it's a game not an unpaid second job. EA seem to forget that because to them it is strictly business. To anyone out there that is letting the tail wag the dog then more fool you I.M.H.O.

    Regards.

  • Yeah this new format is rigged so you play every day. Sorry EA but 99% of people can’t play a video game every single day. Nor should they really. All you are doing is turning people off. I look at the app on my phone now as a chore and a pain in the **bleep** instead of fun way to pass time.

Yep very true. What they don’t realize is that they are turning off people that actually spend money. Ive been playing since this game came out and buy the mayors pass every month. The contest is super annoying now though and actually stopping playing the game entirely bc I don’t want to be a slave to some dumb iPhone game and have to play it for hours every single day. They are losing my money now and obviously I’m not alone
