Please update the new group feature to allow us to buy/sell goods privately within a group!!
I started a group targeted at trading special items and was very disappointed to learn we essentially cannot do that. Anything good in our trade depots gets snatched up within minutes, whether advertised or not... So there is no point in mayors communicating to manufacture, buy, or save goods for one another; they won't be there. And beyond that, I really don't see the point of a group is at all! To discuss strategy? Pfft, okay well there's a text limit of like two sentences, so I have to respond to people in chunks. And mundane phrases are often flagged as expletives and censored. Even if you fix that, it is still seriously pointless unless you create a platform for us to trade privately.

My group does not have this problem. Sounds like someone in your group has figured out a hack. Report the problem directly to EA through you game.
Sorry I messed up I was thinking how Facebook friends pictures show who bought items. Someone in your group is flat out stealing the item by sitting on your city when they know you are going to sell. You could start a new club and demand members all become Facebook friends so you can see who is buying what. Best of luck.
