What are open wars?
Ok...I am NOT new to wars but my team and I have been perplexed with terms like 'Open War'... Or cities that have 'open' or 'closed' next to them... What gives? 13 months of battles and I have 000...

both sides agree not to use shilds or other defensive boosts. Collecting chests ist the target, not to win the battle. Therefore both parties also rebuild their damaged buildings during a runing jackpot.
Make both sides as easy as possible to collect a large amout of points. Overall play toghether instead against each other.
