Second and subsequent ones look like they can only be found via the clipboard in your capital city. The Calendar button doesn't help at all.
I've completed the first mission, but when I select 'show me' to see the second one, it doesn't open! No message, it just drops me back into my city. Absolute joke! I've always paid for premium pass, but not going to bother now. This seasonal currency and popsicle crap is ridiculous.
