What determines how long the monsters hang around for?

    Have your Club Members noticed if the Monster stays around twelve hours for Mayors at lower War Ranks and six hours for Mayors at higher War Ranks?

I have noticed that my monster is now only here for 6 hours, and also energy respawn is increased.  No one else I know has this issue and their war ranks are higher than mine.
