Why doesnt simcity build it be the same as simcity pc

i think the next upgrade should make simcity build it more modern and like the PC version and have people and traffic and build your own highways and 100℅ more land or lots of land that we don't have to earn and the buildings should look like the buildings from simcity PC version I think this will make the game 100 times better and it may bring more business
