Why is Global Trade HQ so awful? Suggest real auctions....

Is there not a single person in your staff to fix the damn stupid trading system. 1000 of players are sending you message and you don't give a damn and you keeping changing position for refresh button!. You don't think it's boring and stupid to jump from your city to another and back again to yours to buy stuff. Why the hell you don't just add search or auction or use your damn brain to come up with another idea rather than changing the position for stupid refresh button . THIS GAME STAFF IS REALLLY REALLY STUPID AND DUMP! WHO DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PLAYERS.
