This is why I reopened my request for help at EA's today. I told them all this yesterday but they said everything was fine with my City...
I recall using them "ghost items" once, to repair a Residential for CoM Task and it worked. It was yesterday maybe or the day before. But now, my City is in Naughty Island and I am pretty sure it has to do with them "ghost items". I have no clue what they are or how many there is. They don't show up in my Storage either, only has spare items to repair.
