Side loading an .apk is not a solution. It is at best an ill-conceived work-around.
The real solution is for EA to figure out what is wrong with how it is uploaded to the Play store and get it fixed. It is also possible that it has something to do with Samsung's "enhancements" to Android.
I borrowed a friends galaxy 4 tab and I could also not find the app in the store. I have it on my Android Acer Tab, but it was not available on my friends galaxy 4. So, I am curious as well as to how some were to get this. No suggestions on n this thread or others have worked to get it on my friends tab.
