Your device is not compatible with this version

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, Android versoin 5.1. I can not update the game because it says "Your device is not compatible" I have already cleared cache and that did not work. I have uninstalled the game and that did not work. Please help! I miss playing ☹️

    Yep, the sim cash does keep piling up! But my problem has been sorted - try clearing your cache by opening your apps from System Settings > Google Play Store > Clear the cache and any updates. Restart your device and open GP Store to download any store updates. It worked for my device.

    I talked to a very nice customer service rep today with EA. He said the technical team is aware of the issue we are having and are working to fix it as quickly as possible. So fingers crossed we will be back to building very soon!

    Same here.  I have a Samsung Galaxy Avant.  It also stopped connecting on the eighth, totally killing the Epic Project and cargo/air shipments I was working on (I also sold all my expansion goods specifically to have space for that Epic Project, which shall now never be completed...).

    Well we better be getting a big ole pile of sim cash for as long as this is taking. Good grief!
