Zoom out further, disable graphical effects options

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which ofcourse plays this game fantastically, however my iPad 2 is quite old now, and though I can play, I find it difficult to visit neighbours etc.  Even Daniel's city crashes Sim City, ever since the update with fancier graphics.  Also, I cannot zoom out anywhere near as much as my Note 4!

Can we please have the option to force-enable further zoom somehow, and also to disable special effects.  And please, can we disable that silly city fly-over whenever we go shopping also, or at least give us the option to?

To sum it up, more user-toggleable options please!!!

    Hello. What happened to the game? In galaxy note4 can't zoom out? All was good, but today is not to zoom out city view? HELP PLEASE.

    Anyone else have this issue of not being able to zoom out as far as on another device they use?

    Down graded my nexus 10 from 5.0.2 due to WiFi issues now on 4.4.4 and city can't zoom to full city view ?

    Yes, I've noticed that the iPad does not zoom out nearly as far as my phone does.

    I have a samsung galaxy s3 and since the new update
    i can't zoom out far like before and the street light are gone.

    I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro and have the same problem with zooming out. I have only a close up view and have to scroll around the city to see.

    Hello,

    I've updated my Samsung Note 4 to Lollipop. After the update I'm not able to perform zoom out with the right ratio. I've reinstalled the application without any improvements. What can I do?

    Since my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been updated to Lollipop I can't play to SimCity BuildIt anymore. Resolution is to low and I can't zoom out enough to see my city. There is a lack of details, non shadows or reflections. Everything was fine with KitKat (4.4.4), are you aware of this problem? I hope that there's some solution 'cos I would like to keep playing with my city now that it has almost half a million citizens.

    Same here!  I have the Note 4 with Lolipop.  Game was working fine until I did a factory reset.  Now I can't zoom out.
