Any chance Simcity 3000 to arrive Steam?

I would love to buy Simcity 3000 on Steam with its expansion pack Unlimited, just make sure it isnt priced like some triple AAA game. Good thing I got Simcity 4 like years ago! Now it is $70 pricetag on Steam, because EA hates Steam Pricing and sets everything on $$$ format instead.
