Additional Service Vehicles?
Hi, I have found that my City contains additional service vehicles from ploppable buildings that I have subsequently removed or have been destroyed. Specifically, the buildings that have service vehicles that are regularly out and about when the building itself is removed - garbage dump, recycling centre, Police station etc. Are these vehicles adding to the services provided to my City, or are they just travelling the roads bugging out? Can I remove them too?
Arcology workers not working, shoppers not shopping, students not studying...
We have the arcology built in our region, and it appears to be functioning correctly. However, it isn't. Although it is powered and watered sufficiently, as well as being up to max level, and filling my cities with workers, students, and shoppers. However, the workers are not actually integrating into our industry and the shoppers aren't actually going to our commercial. These are the numbers so far (sorry I took screenshots, but couldn't figure where to upload them). The only reason this city survives at all is because it is producing and exporting a lot of metal. The commercial and industry are constantly shutting down and having to be demolished due to no workers or shoppers and this pattern persists throughout the entire region. The RCI indicator is constantly red telling us to zone more residential and "WORKER SHORTAGE", and our university town suffers from shortages of students, even though the numbers say they shouldn't be at all. I have thoroughly checked the entire region and found no traffic issues, save for some inefficient sharing of garbage trucks to neighbors, which unfortunately is out of our control. Here is the breakdown of workers and shoppers right now. Any help would be appreciated, or a note from EA saying its bugged or they are working on it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello everyone. When I'm going in Offline mode, avatar showing normally. But Changing to Online, causes blue icon with "?". Tried reinstalling game, changed format, resolution of picture. Choosed one of official origin images. Even changed server from Easern Europe to western, etc. Still same. Can it be sthing with game ports access? Cz I have no idea how to fix it.
SimCity 2013 cities of tomorrow keeps crashing
I have SC2013 cities of tomorrow about a week ago it started crashing. I have reinstalled it, already cleared the cached etc, etc and the issue keeps happening my internet is perfect, no drops or latency issues. Somehow it keeps on getting disconnected from the server. Some cities on my regions will not open at all now. It got worst over a week to the point I am able to play for 10 minutes and then it hangs. Not matter if I start a new region or new city I have the same issue. I have played for over 700 hours in the past year on this same computer with not issues.
This game requires administrative privileges
See attachments. I run as a user on Windows 11 pro 23H2, so need to give explicit permission to run as administrator. Running the EA app as administrator gives the same result. I also tried running the simcity.exe file as administrator, but the same error messages appear, so no difference. I tried uninstalling the EA app and reinstalling, same result. Also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game, same result. The crazy thing is this game ran fine on this machine earlier and I haven't changed anything. Maybe there's been an update from Microsoft or EA that made it stop working? The machine is a powerful modern PC with: 128GB RAM, 12 core 24 threads Ryzen 9 5900X, Radeon RX 6900XT GPU The machine specification has staid the same since it was working. No new components have been installed.
NEED SOLUTION ON SIMCITY NEEDS ORIGIN ERROR MESSAGE!!!
I have SimCity 2013 and have been playing for years. Just last month I now get an error message that "SimCity requires Origin to function. The program must now close" and forces me to close the game. Then it tells me to install Origin. Why is this happening? Can someone help with this problem? I thought Origin went away Someone please help

Hello! Have just bough this Sim City 4 CD and installed it on to my machine. I try to open it and get the error message as in the title. Then I click ok, then it loads a black blank page and then quits the program. Also did the same with Sim City 3000, no error message this time when loading the program but it just hangs. Anyone know what it is please and how to fix it? ThanksGarbage Demolish Trick?
If you have a garbage dump and you demolish a dump zone dose the trash go somewhere else in your city or does the garbage in it disapear. Beacuse the dump zone is free, if the garbage in it dose disaperar when you demolish it (and it seems to) then you don't need incererators at all. Every once and a while you simply demolish the old dump zone and build a new one. This is a problem if it works, and breaks the game. Can you people at EA fix it. I don't know if this works or not, but it seems to.
[PC] SimCity 4 hangs or won't launch on Windows 10
Recently purchased SimCity 4 through Origin. Have not been able to launch at all. I get to the EA intro screen for about 2 seconds before crashing. I have completely disabled my antivirus and firewall locally and on my router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and SimCity 4. I have tried a clean boot. I have updated my display drivers. I've tried all the compatibility settings. I have to be missing something... *edited title to clarify topic is about SimCity 4 - @BlackjackWidowAccount
When I redownloaded SimCity and then wanted to play my old account, I had a lot of accounts and the account I wanted to play was at the bottom part The problem is I can't move to that account because it's not in the first place of all the accounts I have Maybe there are tips?, to be able to switch to that account without having to delete all the previous accounts in the sequence. I’ve been playing Simcity Buildit on my tablet(s) for more than 7 years. I have enjoyed building a variety of cities….until about two months ago when a major “upgrade”….(actually a down grade) was made. I’m super disappointed as it, IMHO, taken away my motivation to continue playing, unless there is some way I can go back to the game as it existed in January 2026. I put a very large amount of money into because it was my entertainment, and I didn’t mind. Now however the enjoyment factor for me has been erased to the point I doubt I will continue unless I can get the older version back in place.error 17 - cannot connect to server
after the most recent upgrade for the mass transit building, i have been unable to connect to server. running simcity buildit, running on an android 9" pad error 17 - cannot connect to server comes up and it only allows me to play offline which we all know when playing offline you cannot do any train dispatches or weekly assignments or compete in war games with other teams i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and i've also cleared the cache please advise is there is anything left to do, before i leave the game for good thanks.
SimCity 2013 unable to launch
Hi, I own SimCity 2013 (Complete Edition) on my EA account and it has been unable to launch. When I click Play, I get "This game requires administrative privileges" followed by "Failed to launch game - An error on our end caused the launch to fail." I have tried every known fix: reinstalling the game, reinstalling EA App, clearing cache, running as administrator, compatibility modes, disabling antivirus/firewall, patching the exe manifest, and installing Origin. Nothing works.
