[Bug report] Only 1024x768 screen resolution In Sim City 5 option?

I can't see any other resolution in the list,  only have: 1024x768 60Hz 1024x768 70Hz 1024x768 72Hz 1024x768 75Hz 1024x768 85Hz 1024x768 100Hz 1024x768 120Hz 1024x768 140Hz 1024x768 144...

So all EA could do in live chart is saying  "I am sorry however your issue is already outside of my department's level and I have already provided you the best resolution available for my level."

*removed my coments*  They were not very nice.  These guys do try as hard as they can to help.

I'm just alittle upset at the whole thing.. from Mods being public enemy #1 to a game that is completely broken in every aspect...
