can i play simcity that i downloaded for my mac from the app store, to my windows 10 pc? how?

Unfortunately, the SimCity version available in the App Store is only for Mac computers.
Origin does allow to install certain games both in Windows and Mac, but that is not possible when you buy the game on the Mac App Store.
