Cannot install Simcity 2013 in Spanish

Hi everyone.

I can't install Simcity 2013 in Spanish language, it is always stuck in English.

I've tried repairing the game, change my account language settings and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and EA App, but didn't work.

Troubleshooting chat didn't helped me either.

I hope I can get some help. I can undestand English, but I would rather preffer playing the game in my native language.
