I just bought SimCity on DVD-rom and played January.
I am trying to set up on new computer and everything has set. launched the origin can't start the tutorial.
It kept saying try later.....then it wouldn't go up to next stage....
Anyone can help fixing this issue... EA should be responsible
Hi @minchulie - Can you give some more detail about your computer please? Are you on a Mac or PC? Which OS (MacOS Catalina, Windows 10)?
Be aware that Apple dropped support for 32-bit games like SimCity, beginning with MacOS Catalina 10.15. If you're on a PC running Windows, make sure you're logged into Origin with the same account that you registered the game. Run Origin.exe and SimCity.exe "as Administrator", and make sure that both are added to firewall and antivirus lists. Are you able to run any of the tutorial? When you get stuck in the tutorial, can you exit to the main SimCity menu?
