City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same here, my favourite city fails to load after a roll back. Please EA just let me save my city to my computer, so I know its safe
