City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Having the same problem. Have started three different cities / regions now as a result all on different servers. Having lost about 25hrs of gameplay so far im definently annoyed ☹️
