City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I just got this problem too it's happening to me 2 times and i don't want to lost my city...It's really frustrating...I'm on the North America East 3 server...
