City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

So upset.  I have lost 3 cities in this week.  I spent 26 hours in total as shown in Origin.  Now, I have nothing left.

I won't play any more until the game is robust enough.

    same issue..... on a multplayer map that folks are not playing so I build 2 cities to build an arco then.... BAM!
