City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Server Europe East 1

I've lost 2 cities on sunday because of that rollback bug. 

One of this unique situations when great game is being killed by its own service. It's just sad.

Fix it. Please.
