Same thing here.
I have two cities that are apprently corrupted. There is no way I can play them anymore without eventually getting booted back to the main menu with something like "It appears this city is not processing correctly".
Then I have the option to Roll Back or Abandon.
When I Roll Back it's quick, and I can get back to working state, but then it's the same story again and again, neither cities will ever progress, always go unable to process -> roll back -> play -> unable to process -> so on and so on.
The other problem is that there is no such thing as Abandon. I want to start from scratch on that city tile, but I can't! If you abandon, your only option is to Re-Claim the city and it will start exactly at the state where you abandonned it. As I said, this state is corrupt and cannot progress.
My only option is to start a brand new region (because 2 of 4 cities are corrupted around my Great Works) - and I suspects these issues will persist has there has been no fix for that.
