Is the is the place where EA customers come to just vent. I thought I'd spend 30 minutes before bed to continue building my city... did some cool things in it... seemed as if I'd managed to get some extra tourists in... then I also had this message for now at least the 5th or 6th time...!!!
And I see many of you have too. And from what I see the lovely people at EA are not responding with any proper comments stating that they are aware of the issue and are working on it, and feel sorry for wasting hours and hours of their customers' time... as usual - crap customer support, only caring about their share price and profits....!!!
I regret giving money to EA... I guess I'll have to keep buying from other publishers... am I allowed to write Activision in this forum? 😉

Count me in as well. Haven't been able to play in over 2 days. Glad we are hearing from EA about this. What a joke and waste of a potentially good game.

CONSTANTLY GETTING THIS FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS!
It's usually just 30-60 minutes roll back, but today I have had multiple "roll backs" for no reason besides SimCity not having good enough servers to sync the games. This is 100% not my computer or my internet connection as all run fine, and all are dedicated.
This is UNACCEPTABLE and makes the game unplayable!
This is seriously a HUGE waste of time, and effort.
Just now, I started my 2nd city and built it up for a good 2 hours. I log out to my first city, and come to find out....
my 2nd city IS ENTIRELY EMPTY NOW!
Not 1 resident is there after I just spent 2 hours working on it!
