City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

    I probably shouldn’t mention this but I have been playing in sandbox mode for 4 days without the rollback issue "YET". I was hoping to have them crash because I couldn’t wait to post the ciy names on the forums that everyone is posting them on. Names like EA swallows, and the all-important EA likes goats also Ea steals from children. Several more way more suggestive.... LOL

    Maybe it will crash soon so I can post them....
