Yup two cities in the same region now have this problem this is the 5th time I have restarted regions due to the same problem what is going on here how many times this going to happen??? All on dif servers what a joke they said to submit your regin name city name and server name along with your originid and they would fix it been two weeks still cities not able to load now I am getting annoyed here
I have 4 cities at the same region with this problem.
I believe that, as the city goes bigger, the probability of a rollback increases. All my "rollbacked cities" have more than 40k people and a specialization
refund guys... when everybody ask for refund they will see...
