Great... today I bought the digital deluxe and all my cities became unplayable...
Spend 80 hours on those and now I get a city cannot be processed after five minutes in all of them...
Is there a solution allrdy? cos I dont see any anwers from EA
When I enter 1 city in a region I get this msg after about 3-5 minutes and get kicked to main screen, where it is set automatically to my other city in the same region.. wich is then impossible to even load.
Restart SimCity and I can enter the other city to get the same msg after 3-5 minutes..
Here is a response i got from EA on this issue.

We know that Cities are still missing and genuinely feel apologize for this. I would have definitely issued the refund but we are still working to fix this issue.
To aid our team in investigating these issues, you can follow the links above to head to the AnswerHQ thread regarding the issue you've experienced, and reply with the following information:
• Your Origin ID
• Your City Name
• The Region Name
• The Server Name
• How did you end your session last time you were playing the city (For example: By killing the task in task manager, by clicking X on the top right of the game window, by turning off or sleeping the system, by using the in game Quit SimCity button, System crash, Other etc.)
• Any additional information that may assist our team
