City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

+1 to me too - what a boat load of crap - guess we need sewage pumps for this game and its servers too....

Luckily this only happens to me until my cities are rolling in cash and I have just finished Phase 1 of a Great Works Project. I get to play the early game, but nothing after in 3 separate private regions. I still don't know what an arco looks like after it's built.
