So I dont even get the rollback option. My city crashed last night and I was sent back to the main menu. I clicked on resume city and it still comes up the the error "Unable to load city at this time. Please try later." I have been trying and trying and to no avail.

Oh by the way EA has offered me a refund. So I think I will be out of this soon. I don't think hanging on will help and I can get my $70 of wasted money back. Never thought I would see them offer a refund. Only had to ask for 5 weeks. Oh and get this they blamed it on my computer!!!! So EA if you can’t fix your fricken game offer a refund and blame the problem on the user. A lot of us users have more years in computers than most of your staff.
