As many many other people, I am also having the same issue and over it. EA will feel it when people stop buying games because of bad reputation. They need to have more communication about what they plan to do about it and how long away it is.
They would tell us if they had a clue as to how to fix it. I can assure you. It is a server issue..... I have the offline hack and haven't lost anything after installing it. But after being offered a refund I am going to take my money and run away.
yes I built a really nice city, it rolled back and now it won't load at all. This could have all been avoided if we had the option to save to disk.....this is silly. Why force us to play online if online saves don't work? I agree with the class action lawsuit
