I currently have the same issue, except my region is visible on the leaderboards, with stats at "0."
I've been troubleshooting and researching for some time now, with no solution in sight.
@ZipJaw3979 Hello - My region shows up as zero also but when I try to expand there is no city listed. I have EA support working on the problem. Whenever the issue is resolved I'll re-post this thread.

- @ZipJaw3979 Getting EA to resolve this issue was wishful thinking. Almost everyday I get message saying they are sorry for the delay and they are still working the problem but each email comes from a different support person. Even though, in my initial case, I said I was on a PC and was playing SimCity 2013, they just asked me to debug using a check list which was clearly for SimCity "BUILD-IT". I believe the responses are computer and they are not even working on the problem (it's a smoke screen). Let me know if you have any success in resolving this issue. I'll do the same. Best Regards!
