Great! I look forward to some sort of fix.
@ZipJaw3979 Getting EA to resolve this issue was wishful thinking. Almost everyday I get message saying they are sorry for the delay and they are still working the problem but each email comes from a different support person. Even though, in my initial case, I said I was on a PC and was playing SimCity 2013, they just asked me to debug using a check list which was clearly for SimCity "BUILD-IT". I believe the responses are computer and they are not even working on the problem (it's a smoke screen). Let me know if you have any success in resolving this issue. I'll do the same. Best Regards!
