Complete Edition is not Complete???

Hello my wife just bought the complete edition of Simcity 2013 however in the EA App, it tells us that we should buy The Cities of Tomorrow as well. Why would I get a complete edition if it is not "c...

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. If you start the game, you'll see that the DLC is included in the Complete Edition, even though the EA app says it's not.
