How do I find statistics on my two casinos?

Hi @dlorfel  - Congrats on your casinos! Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I decided to give you a few thousand 🙂  

1. I think you're describing the vertical bars in the gambling data map that show the number of hotel guests currently there. Here's a screenshot - if you hover your cursor over it, it will tell you:

2. You can click on each casino individually to see its stats (doesn't have to be in the casino data map layer). You will not see the "Jobs" data in your screen; that is from a mod that I have installed. But all of the other stats should be available to you.

For combined totals, click on the Gambling button (or bring up the Gambling data layer) and hover over each line in the right-hand side. 

In many cases in SimCity, you can learn a lot about buildings and specializations by hovering the cursor over reported numbers in the data layer. I hope this helps you manage your city's gambling. Happy Building!

I tried what the player said but the only thing it does is allow the building to be moved to another area of the city.  I am doing this on an I pad and writing this on my laptop so it is hard to cut and paste the screen.  If I have to I can take a picture using my iPhone then mail it to me and then add it to this documentation but I hope the step by step description of what i do will be enough.

- your screen has on the bottom 9 icons where one of them is the gambling icon.  mine does not.

  what I did was

-get into the sim city app

-go to the icon on the bottom right of the screen. it is a building with pillers, almost a looks like a city hall

-I see all the icons for things such as entertainment, police fire...

- I then click on the gambling  icon

- it brings up the city and on the bottom of the screen it shows all the casino options I can create.

- I also see the blue bars around the green hilited areas where the casino are located.  

- the buildings do not overlap but the casinos are close enough together where the green hilited areas do overlap.

-on top of each casino it shows the number of people , they are 857,887 and 629

- not sure why it shows three when I only bought two, the headquarters and the gambling house.

-as I said above when I click on one of the casinos, all that happens is i am allowed to move the building to another location but no statistics.

- am I in the wrong option or are there no statics to show at this time.

- are there requirements to use the gambling option

-  I have about 50,000 people in the city

-  I am on level 41 (I am retired so I have lots of time on my hands) 

- can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or give me the steps to take to see the stats (very frustrating) 

- any help will be appreciated,  

-if taking a screen shot will help, someone please let me know

hopefully someone will see this response and tell me what I am doing wrong. ( I am new using this forum so I am fumbling thru it)

@dlorfel  - If you are playing on an iPad, you are probably playing SimCity BuildIt. This forum is for SimCity 5 (2013), which is a game on PC/Mac computers. That is why my screenshots look different from your screen. 

I am sorry that I can't move your post, so I am tagging @PinnacleValley and @RoccoDonovan They are both guides on the BuildIt forums and should be able to move your post and help you with these issues.
