How the frig can i play simcity4 on my windows 8.1 using the disks
I cant install simcity4 on my windows 8.1. What the heck? i hve the disks but to no avail.

@Codzwert Hi, how are you prevented from playing? Do you get an error message when you put in the discs? Are you trying to run the game in a compatibility mode?
