I can't redeem my game purchase

I bought the Simcity Cities of Tomorrow limited edition on G2a store, as a key code. I went to Origin, reedem product code, what i can made it, and after when it's got my code, it's congrats me and when i close this page, I didn't get the game in my game library. I made it 2 times, I mean I bought 2 times the same game and I got nothing. I give you pictures about this. Please help me to get my game, at least 1 of them. My friend got this similar problem. I'm waiting for the response, please contact me as soon as possible.

In order to play SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow, you'll need to have the SimCity base game. Cities of Tomorrow is only an expansion and on the Origin web-page it is highlighted that you need to own SimCity in order to play the expansion.

For any duplicate purchases, you'll need to contact the retailer.
