I have a weird release of SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition

I own a physical copy of SimCity 4 Deluxe Editon and it looks like the 2003 release but the sleeve for disc 2 is from 2005 and I have an insert from 2008 about the warranty address

I tried redeeming the key on the app, I have even contacted EA Support and they said the key was invalid so the key was from 2003
