It's all working, guys. The problem is fixed.
The problem still persists, hopefully, there is a resolution in progress.

Unfortunately I'm also facing this issue. I just bought the game yesterday evening so didn't even get into the game at all yet after a day of trying!
I only wanted to play singleplayuer, why are the servers needed for that in the first place?

Great question. It started 2 days ago for me and how EA is i say should be up in running about 2025 give or take. I had no issues till i had to install the EA login.
It's great that you let us know that the problem is being investigated. But, it would help if you could at least give us some sort of indication what the problem might be and how long it might take to resolve it.

I have run into this problem and have done everything to try to play this game, but I am faced with the incorrect login information error screen.
I am having the same issue for two days now.
Reinstalled, ran as admin, tried all the tricks. Called in to support and they are clueless too. Said it is being looked into.
