Invisible small road triggering rollback and cannot be deleted

So I had this dead end road very close to the main road where the rail station is. I decided to connect them with a dirt road to alleviate traffic, and it looked ok, a part of it was missing but it was working. The next day, when I go to load the city it loads fine but that road has disappeared despite it working. I can't delete it either! Now when I try remove the roads around it as I want to relocate the station, It triggers rollbacks. I have to abandon and reclaim. I'll get a picture post here later.

What can I do?
