is there a part in sim 4 where i can build for free like in mind craft there is creative mode where you can just build thing.

If you go on to the Newcrest town then that is just made up of multi sized, plain lots where you can build a house from scratch, or when you move house or create a new household you have the option to bulldoze lot when on the furnished or unfurnished option. This way you can build a hones house but still have neighbours. Hope this helps.
