I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused here, we are talking about SimCity (2013) for Mac, right? If so, please, don't worry, Mac computers don't run iOS, but macOS. iOS is for iPhones, iPads and iPods.
The new version of macOS, High Sierra, still supports 32 bit applications. We don't know what will happen in the future, but for now you can still run 32 bit apps in your Mac 🙂

Catalina dropped support for 32-bit applications. Any update on updates to Sim City so it can still be playable?

@namangoel34 @SgtWizkid - Apple dropped support for 32-bit games like SimCity, beginning with MacOS Catalina 10.15. There is more information in this stickied post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/SimCity-2013/Mac-SimCity-and-MacOS-Catalina/m-p/8298578#M127940 , including some options for running 32-bit games after upgrading to Catalina.
