Missing add-ons in Library

In the past I've purchased (as far as I can remember) at least 1 add-on (Cities of Tomorrow) for Simcity. Today I wanted to reinstall the game to find out that the add-on(s) is/are no longer a part of my library.

So I purchased the add-on again on a third party site and activated the code within the EA app. It did show me that the activation was successful and the add-on was added but still, even after logging out and in again, I can't see the add-on in my library or install it.

Please help me out here since I've now bought 1 add-on twice and still can't use it and still missing other add-ons which I had before.
