    Did you own & play the base game before?  Because this looks like you have the CoT dlc enabled on an account that does not own the base game.

    Were you previously playing with an Access account? Or possibly on a different account?

    No, I've played it some months ago in the same computer and account, but I deleted it.

    I don't know how it happened, but I think you will have to contact support again & make sure they didn't somehow disable the base game when they re-enabled the dlc. 

    They should have a record of it (they wouldn't have given you the CoT back without having proof of you owning the game). I don't think there's any more we can do without customer support. Hopefully it will be a quick fix.

    You're welcome, hope it gets sorted out.

    I would suggest you just ask them to check if the Complete Edition got re-enabled. Sometimes helps if you can point them to the solution. You don't want them to go through a bunch of troubleshooting that you've already done, if you don't have to.
