In fact the situation is worse than what we thought. It is not they don't care about it. They made it like this and they don't want to change it.
This is typical for people from a country, living in this country, and never been to another country. I wonder what they would say if they would play a game with a special version with weird languages for Delaware, South Carolina and Connecticut, and they accidentally got one without being able to excange it.
