Re: Simcity 4 Cannot open on the EA app for Mac.

Hey @bettyboopgur , what version of macOS are you on? I believe the message should instead let you know that the game can't be played on your macOS version. We've asked the EA app teams to take a look at this error message because it can create confusion.

    @EA_Cath Hello. I just purchased Sims City on my Mac book. I Have macOS Ventura 13.5.2 on my MacBook. I downloaded it from their website. It was said it is for Mac. When I downloaded it and found it in EA library it says it is just for Windows. I can not get in touch with support.

    Hi @ancajepan ,

    As written in the system requirements of the game, "This game will only run on macOS versions that support 32-bit applications." which is not possible on macOS Ventura. You may ask for a refund if you have no other computer to play.

    EA_CathHi there, it seems unfair that this game is unplayable as I have never played on any other system than Mac. When I purchased it in 2018, I was under the impression that I owned the digital copy to play whenever.
